I know what chronic pain takes from you…
“My pain hasn’t changed – but how I respond to it has. With Olivia’s guidance I am transforming my relationship with pain in many ways that have enriched my whole life.”
– Jack, USA
If you are living with chronic pain, you have probably tried a great many things. You have seen specialists. You have followed advice. You may have searched desperately for anything that will help. You have worked hard to manage, adapt and keep going – often while carrying the invisible weight of it alone.
This I understand completely because I have lived with severe pain for many years now – every moment of every day. I know what it feels like to carry this burden around and all the other ways that the pain impacts your life – the loneliness, the isolation, the frustration, the loss, the quality of life you never wanted, how it affects relationships and the emotional toll it takes to face it each day.
Very often there’s nothing that can be done to take the pain away. BUT you can change your relationship with it and completely change your perspective of pain. Not just in the mind but in the body, in the nervous system – transforming how you meet pain and how your mind and body respond when pain arises.
This transformation gives you so much more freedom and so much more inner peace – even if the pain is there – so that you can live your life fully and do the things that you want to do.
In 2015, an accident left me with severe neurological damage and musculo-skeletal damage.
I live with severe chronic pain every moment of every day. I know the relentlessness of it. The way it erodes confidence and identity. The exhaustion of trying to quietly manage it while trying to maintain a life. The grief of what it has taken. And the loneliness of it, when no-one else understands how it feels.
But it is possible to learn to live with chronic pain in a much more peaceful way. To genuinely, in both body and mind, transform your perspective of pain and how you respond to it. Meaning much less suffering and a greater capacity to enjoy your life the way that you want to.
Living with chronic pain is not something you can think your way out of. Real change happens gradually, through a sustained and embodied process – one that works with your body and nervous system as much as your mind.
This 12 week programme is that process. It is a deep, carefully structured journey through your inner landscape of chronic pain – designed to transform not the pain itself, but the way you perceive, respond to and live with it. Every step of this path is one I have walked myself. I know it works – because it changed my own life before it changed anyone else’s.
Each weekly session is one hour long and follows a gentle, consistent structure:
This space is an open and compassionate space. Each week builds naturally on the last guiding you towards lasting change.
Sessions are £120 each. The full 12-week programme is £1440.
This is a significant commitment – in time, in presence and in investment. It is designed for those who are genuinely ready to go deeper, and who understand that transforming a long-standing relationship with pain is not quick work. It is, however, real work – and its effects tend to last.
Many people who have completed this journey describe it as one of the most transformative things they have ever done. You can read their experiences below.

What kind of painful problems can you help with?
This support is for people anyone living with any form of chronic or long-term pain – including:
Fibromyalgia and widespread chronic pain
Neurological pain and nerve damage
Chronic back, neck or joint pain
Rheumatoid arthritis and autoimmune conditions
Long-term injury – including complex or unresolved cases
Unexplained pain that medicine has not been able to adequately address
Post-surgical or post-accident pain
It is particularly well-suited to those who have already tried conventional routes but realised nothing really helped and are looking for something that works at a deeper level – with the psychological, emotional and nervous system dimensions that traditional treatment alone rarely reaches.
Can you really help with my chronic pain - and how?
I understand this question deeply – because I have asked it myself, many times. I live with severe chronic pain myself, every day. I know the relentlessness of it, the way it erodes your confidence and identity, the exhaustion of managing it while trying to maintain a life – the loneliness and frustration of it, when no-one else truly understands how it feels. So yes – I can help. Not by promising to take the pain away, but by helping you to deeply transform your relationship with it.
Through our work together, you gradually learn to meet pain differently – with less fear, less resistance, more steadiness. We work with the nervous system, with the emotional landscape of pain, and with awareness itself. Over time, many people find that while the pain itself hasn’t changed, their experience of it shifts considerably. They feel less controlled by it, more able to find moments of genuine ease – and feel more present and joyful in their life as a whole. For those who have lived with chronic pain for years, you know how valuable that is.
From my experience working with many others through chronic pain, I have found that what works best as a 12 week program. Living with pain is seriously challenging and so transforming how you experience and respond to the pain takes a major shift in perspective – not just in the mind but in the body too. The 12 week program, taken from my own personal experience, walks you through this transformative journey.
How do I take away chronic pain?
This is the question almost everyone living with chronic pain asks – and it deserves a completely honest answer, even if it is not the one you are hoping for.
For many people with chronic conditions, the pain itself cannot simply be taken away. I wish it could! That is a difficult truth, and one that much of the wellness industry actively avoids saying – because it is easier to sell hope than to offer something real.
What can change – significantly, and in ways that genuinely transform daily life too – is your relationship with the pain. And that shift, for many people, turns out to matter more than they expected.
Chronic pain is never only a physical sensation. It comes wrapped in fear, resistance, grief, exhaustion and a nervous system that has learned to stay in a permanent state of high alert. That entire layer – the suffering around the pain – is workable. It can be changed. And when it does change, the experience of pain itself often becomes less overwhelming, less all-consuming, more liveable.
Through mindfulness, somatic awareness and nervous system regulation, many people find they can move from a life organised entirely around pain – avoiding it, fighting it, fearing it – to a life in which pain is present but no longer in complete control.
What is different about your approach?
What’s unique about my approach is that I have lived through trauma, pain and suffering myself – so I know how it feels and understand all the many subtle nuances of how it impacts your life.
Whatever you may be experiencing now, I have probably gone through the same thing. Living with constant pain is extremely challenging in ways that most other people dont understand. It’s not just the pain – it’s all the other ways it impacts your life and the emotional toll it takes on you. Only someone who has lived this will truly understand.
I’m not a meditator. Does that matter?
Not at all. Meditation, and its power for self-exploration, forms the strong foundation of my work – but you don’t need to be an experienced meditator in any way. You only need to be ready to explore. Everything we explore together will be introduced in a secular way (free from belief systems) and made relatable for you and your situation.
Meditation is a wonderful way to explore what’s going on for you inside at a deeper level. I will guide a short practice at the beginning of each session and send you resourceful practices for you to do during the week if you wish – all very easy to follow.
Do you provide long-term support?
Yes I do. The original 12 week program is a great way to get you started and confident in your own path. After the 12 weeks you may feel strong enough and resourced enough to go your own way, but if you would like ongoing (or ad-hoc) support that is possible too. I offer on-going 1:1 sessions as well as a community support system with others who understand how it feels to live with pain.
