A Unique Perspective
My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience.
Following a life-changing injury, I live with ongoing chronic pain. This has led me into a deep exploration of healing, awareness and the relationship between body and mind.
Alongside this, I have over 25 years of meditation practice, including Tibetan Buddhist training, as well as studies in trauma-informed approaches, transpersonal psychology and embodied healing.
This allows me to offer support that is both:
